NOTICE OF COMPANY DISSOLUTION:

Notice is hereby given that the Northwest Outward Bound School will move to dissolve effective September 27 2024. Any claim against the Northwest Outward Bound School must be made in writing and must include the following information (A) the date of the claim; (B) the amount of the claim; (C) the nature of the claim; and (D) the name and address of the claimant. A claim may be mailed to 2130 N. Kilpatrick Street, #17359. Portland, OR 97217. Any claim against the Northwest Outward Bound School will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice.
